PARENT & ME LESSONS
Ages 18 months - 3 years
Our Parent & Me Program is for ages 18 months to 3 years of age. This "Parent and Me" system will introduce the child to exercises and activities that develop gross motor skills that can enhance balance, coordination, strength, and self-esteem. Since this class promotes parent participation, the child feels safe and comfortable trying and learning these new skills and exercises which leads to a very simple transition to the Super-Tot Program.

SUPER-TOT LESSONS
Ages 3 - 4 years
These classes consist of children ages 3 years old to 4 years of age that have little to no previous experience or that have progressed through the Mom & Me program. The parents are encouraged to let the chlid do the class without them in the room at this stage. This program continues to build on the gross motor skill development through learning to hang, swing, climb, bounce, and very basic tumbling elements. The focus again is to continue to build on the gross motor skills foundation adding gymnastics elements to those fundamental movements allowing the child to learn how to combine movements to create a gymnastics skill. Example: step lunge kick toward a handstand.
COMBO LESSONS
Ages 4 - 6 years
This class is a transitional class for the child to further develop specific gymnastics skills, gross motor skills, balance, strength, and coordination that will either take them into the Recreational Program or into the Team Program. This is the last class in the program that the boys and girls are combined.
