Special Needs Classes

Occupational Therapists often use gymnastics activities and equipment to enhace a person's:

• Sensory Experiences

This class is designed as a parent–child interactive program for children 6 years old and older with special needs which includes, but not limited to, any Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, Developmental Delay, Chromosome Deficiency, or any physical disability.

The students will learn basic gymnastics skills on modified gymnastics equipment.  All students will be encouraged to participate and progress at his/her own abilities and comfort level.  The classes have a student to teacher ratio of 8 to 1 or better.
